Intake Assessment

Schedule your 2-hour comprehensive mental health assessment if you're ready to start your healing journey. Once payment is received and your appointment is scheduled, I will contact you via email to send you all of the paperwork you will need to complete prior to session. I will also send you your session link. Sessions are refundable up to 24-hours of the appointment. Any no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hour notice) appointment will not be refunded.
